  • Health Food Stores
  • Healthy Foods
  • Scales
  • Internet Access
  1. Step 1

    Visit a search engine such as Google or Yahoo!

  2. Step 2

    Type in the keywords "calorie counters."

  3. Step 3

    Press Enter on your keyboard or click the Search button to submit your query.

  4. Step 4

    Click on a site that best suits your interests or needs from the list of search results provided by the search engine.

  5. Step 5

    Follow the directions on the site to determine the caloric content of the foods you're eating.

  6. Step 6

    Click the Back button on your web browser to return to the list of search results and choose another site to explore.
