      Close all programs and browser windows, including Firefox. Also ensure that Windows Media Player is closed as well.

      Open Windows Internet Explorer and navigate to the website listed in the Resources section of this article.

      Click on "Download Now" to download the ActiveX plugin for Mozilla Firefox.

      Wait for the download to complete and restart the computer if prompted. Launch the Mozilla Firefox browser. If a popup appears saying that new add-on updates are available, click on "Update" in the pop up window. Restart the Firefox browser to complete the installation.
