Click the circular Windows logo icon on the taskbar, and select the "All Programs" tab at the bottom of the operating system menu.

Open the Accessories menu, and select the "System Restore" application. When the System Restore application opens, click the radio button next to the "Recommended Restore" option, and click "Next."

Click the "Finish" action to conduct the System Restore process. The System Restore will revert your operating system back to a healthier time and date.

Allow your system to reboot successfully. Monitor its activity once it restarts to see if any freezes or response errors occur. If no errors occur, the Trojan virus has been removed effectively.

Shut down your computer, and reboot your system. Insert your computer's system recovery disc as the system reboots.

Hold down the appropiate key based on your manufacturer recovery instructions. (If your computer did not come with a recovery disc, there may be a recovery partition installed to the computer. In this case, press and hold down the system recovery key when the manufacturer's welcome screen appears. The system recovery key is usually F10 or F11.)

Select the recommended manufacturer recovery method, and allow the system recovery to run in its entirety. Do not pause or halt the recovery process. When your computer reboots, it will be restored back to its state at the time of purchase. No previous files will be on your system. This will definitely delete all Trojan virus downloads.
