How to Remove Crayon Stains From Linoleum Flooring

Things You'll Need

• Box cutter blade
• Paper towels
• Hot water
• Degreaser spray

Instructions

1. Scrape the crayon off with the box cutter blade. Wipe off the blade before each stroke to avoid slipping. Remove as much as possible with the blade.

2. Heat water. It needs to be hot but doesn't have to be boiling.

3. Dip the paper towels into the hot water. Lay the hot paper towel over the wax to soften it.

4. Wipe away the softened wax. Repeat until it's gone.

5. Spray the area where the wax sat with a degreaser. Wipe clean. The degreaser removes oil residue.
