How to Run VMware Via Bootcamp
Boot Camp is a Macintosh computer application that allows you to partition a portion of your hard drive to install and run a Windows operating system. VMWare is a program that provides data syncing to all computers on the server when connected to a host server. Once you've installed a Windows operating system on your Macintosh computer using Boot Camp, you can install VMware vSphere to connect to the information cloud on the server.

Click "Go" at the top of your screen, and select "Utilities" from the drop down menu. Double click the "Boot Camp Assistant" icon.

Select the amount of space you wish to assign to the partitioned Windows section, and click the "Partition" button.

Insert your Windows OS installation CD, and click "Install." Follow the onscreen instructions and eject the disk from your computer by clicking the "Eject" button in the upper right corner of your keyboard.

Click the "Power" button on your computer and click the "Restart" button. Hold down the "Option" key while the computer is restarting to switch to your Macintosh or Windows operating system.

Click the link in the Resources section to access the VMware vSphere site.

Enter your email address and password, and click the "Login" button to download VMware vSphere.

Tips & Warnings
The Boot Camp application is compatible with the 32-bit version of Windows XP Home edition and Professional edition with SP2 (Service Pack 2), as well as the 32-bit Windows Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate.
In order to install Windows 7 on your Mac you'll need to update your Windows drivers after installing the operating system in Boot Camp. Click the link in the Resources section for further details.
