  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small granny smith apple
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Making the Salad

    • 1

      Chop all of the fruits and veggies into 1/2" pieces. It's important not to leave the ingredients too big.

      Toss the chopped ingredients in a bowl until they're evenly mixed together.

      Add peanut butter and stir the salad until it's evenly mixed. Creamy peanut butter is best, as it mixes more easily.

      Top the salad with almonds.

  • You can easily turn this salad into a delicious, nutrient-packed smoothie by adding 1/2 cup of ice and liquefying it in a blender.
