How to Beat The Dam Level in Goldeneye
In the first level of "Goldeneye" on the Nintendo 64, you will have four mission objectives to accomplish under the 00 Agent difficulty level. On 00 Agent, you must neutralize all alarms, install the covert modem, intercept the data backup, and then bungee jump from the platform on the dam. Along the way, you will obtain a total of four weapons--the silenced PP7 which you begin with, a KF7 Soviet rifle, a sniper rifle and a DD44 pistol. You will also encounter a total of approximately 30 to 40 enemy soldiers.

Hug the wall to your left and creep out to your right until you see the guard walking in the other direction. Kill him with your silencer and collect his KF7 Soviet rifle.
Walk across the mini-bridge, towards the lookout tower ahead. Sneak behind the guard and shoot him in the head with the silencer. Enter the tower and collect the sniper rifle upstairs. Use it to pick off the two guards in the tunnel up ahead.

Head into the tunnel and peak around the corner where there will be about five guards outside the tunnel up ahead. Pick them all off with your sniper rifle, especially the two hiding out in the concrete pillbox. Go in and collect their ammo.

Press the red switch beside the gate, the metal door will open and let the army truck in. Open the door behind that one the same way. Switch to your KF7 rifle and stay on the right of the truck as you follow it inside.

Shoot the guy up ahead who's running to hit the alarm, then take out the other two on the other side of the truck. Open the sliding door up ahead, kill the two soldiers and collect the DD44 pistol. Open the sliding door on the other side and destroy the alarm next to the door by shooting it.

Go beside the building to a computer monitor. Select your covert modem from your inventory and toss it at the monitor (Objective B: Install Covert Modem Complete.) Head to the locked gate up ahead, shoot the padlock and enter the dam.

Use your sniper rifle to kill the three guards on the three watch towers around the dam. Go inside each tower and shoot the alarm on the wall in each one (Objective A: Neutralize All Alarms Complete.) Go downstairs in the third tower and open the gate.

Use your KF7 and sniper to take out the 20 soldiers who are guarding this long underground tunnel. This will require a lot of sniping, ducking and strafing but there are plenty of corners and crates to hide behind. These guys are spread out in this tunnel so just make wise use of your surroundings.

Open the metal door at the end of the tunnel and shoot the six guards in this room without damaging any of the computers. Approach the big armored mainframe computers and activate them, a countdown will initiate (Objective C: Intercept Data Backup Complete.)

Exit the room and leave the tunnel via the next set of stairs on your right. Exit the tower, you will return to the dam surface. Walk up to the platform in the center of the dam, opposite the three towers, and simply jump off (Objective D: Bungee Jump from Platform Complete.)
