How to Change Your Browser's Home Page

You can have your browser start up with any page you want, be it a search engine, your home page or something naughty.

• Web Browsers

Internet Explorer 5.0

1. Open the Tools menu and choose Internet Options.

2. Make sure the General tab is selected.

3. Click Use Current in the Home Page area if you're viewing the Web page you want to select.

4. Type in the URL of the Web page you want if you aren't viewing it.

5. Click OK.

Netscape Navigator

6. Open the Options menu and choose General Preferences.

7. Make sure the Appearance tab is selected.

8. Type in the address of the Web page you want in the Startup box.

9. Click OK.
