How to Create Weekly Calendars
Create weekly calendars by using free Internet mail sites, such as Google and Yahoo!. Everyone who has access to the Internet can use these free utilities to create weekly calendars. If you do not have an Internet mail account, you can sign up for a free one simply by visiting the Google or Yahoo! home page. Internet calendars provide a variety of features, including email or mobile device alerts for the weekly tasks or events on your calendar.

Launch your Internet browser.

Sign into your Internet mail account, like Google or Yahoo!.

Click on "Calendar" and the calendar is displayed with options.

Choose the "Weekly" calendar option and the current week will be displayed.

Click on the "Event," "Task," and "Add" options to update the information in your weekly calendar.

Double-click on calendar tasks to update information or to add Internet mail features allowing you to send alerts via email or mobile device, as needed.

Click the "Save" button on each screen where information is updated and now you have created a weekly calendar.
