How Can I Reinstall QoS on XP?
QoS Packet Scheduler is a traffic-shaping service in Windows. When a network utilizes QoS, it gives the network administrator the ability to prioritize certain types of network traffic above others to guarantee that the most sensitive applications continue to work properly during times of high traffic. Reinstall the QoS Packet Scheduler on a Windows XP machine for which you suspect traffic shaping is not functioning properly.
