How to Wash Under Armour Football Gloves

Football gloves can get a lot of use on the field.

Under Armour athletic gear is favored by both professional and amateur athletes. The apparel is lightweight, provides warmth when needed and has moisture-wicking properties. Under Armour football gloves are especially popular because in order to get a good grip on the ball, you need dry, warm hands. The gloves help to absorb the impact as well. If you want your Under Armour football gloves to last, wash them according to the proper care instructions.

Things You'll Need

• 2 garment washing bags
• Laundry soap

Instructions

1. Put each glove in a separate mesh garment washing bag, which will prevent the Velcro and snaps on any other clothing from catching on your gloves.

2. Put your washer machine on "cold" water and select the "gentle" cycle.

3. Tumble dry your Under Armour football gloves on a low setting. Keep the gloves in their garment bags until they are completely dry.

Tips & Warnings

• It is always best if you have another set of football gloves that you can rotate into use. This will help both pairs last longer, as one will not be subjected to all of the wear and tear of play.

• Do not use bleach, dryer sheets or fabric softener with Under Armour football gloves. The chemicals will destroy the moisture-wicking treatment on the Under Armour fabric.
