How to Make a Video Call in the New Yahoo Messenger Vista Version
It used to be that instant messaging applications only sent text messages -- instantly, of course -- to your friends and other contacts. Modern instant messengers, such as Yahoo, offer so much more. Yahoo Messenger 10, released around the time Microsoft Vista was introduced, allows you to send text messages to cell phones, make PC-to-telephone calls and more. In fact, there are three ways in which you can make video calls to other Yahoo Messenger users.

Make a Video Call to Someone on Your Messenger List

Point to the contact to whom you wish to make a video call in your Yahoo Messenger list.

Click the drop-down arrow that appears to the right of the contact.

Click "Start Video Call" and wait for your contact to answer.

Click the "End Call" button when you are finished.
Make a Video Call During a Yahoo IM Conversation

Point to the contact to whom you wish to make a video call in your Yahoo Messenger list.

Click the drop-down arrow that appears to the right of the contact. Select "Instant Message." A new IM chat window will open.

Click the "Video Call" button on the IM window toolbar.

Wait for your contact to respond.

Click on the "Actions" menu on the toolbar of the main Yahoo Instant Messenger window.

whenever I click on any of my friend's drop down arrow, and then on video call tab.it says " xxxxxxxxxxxxx cofiguration doesn't support video call" it happens with all my friend list..... why?
