How to Transfer a Car Title in Indiana
If you are inheriting a vehicle, selling a vehicle or buying a vehicle in Indiana, a title transfer is required to put the new owner's name on the title. Regardless of your reason for a car title transfer in Indiana, it is something that you can easily do on your own at the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
