How to Access Outlook Calendar Without Outlook
Microsoft Outlook Calendar keeps tracks of all your appointments, meetings and events, whether you are in need of long-term planning or day-to-day to-do lists. Even when you are away from Outlook, there are several easy ways to check your calendar. You can publish it online, transfer it to a free Web-based Google account or synchronize it with your iPhone or iPod Touch. You just need to set up the calendar in Outlook ahead of time.

Tips & Warnings
If you have another mobile device (other than Apple products) you want to use, refer to your phone's user manual to synchronize with Microsoft Outlook. If the option is not available, and the phone has a web browser, you normally can sync easily with Google Calendar by first syncing your Outlook Calendar to Google using Google Calendar Sync.
