Tips & Warnings

  • Make your ringtone between 10 and 30 seconds in length because your phone won't ring for longer than that.

  • Consult your T-Mobile cell phone's manual to determine what ringtone file formats are supported by your cell phone. Most support the MP3 and WAV formats. However, some might require the MIDI format, which will require that you download a MIDI file converter to convert your audio file to a compatible format for you phone.

  • Don't overwrite your original audio file. Make sure you click "Save As" instead of "Save."
