How to Feed a Dog Peanut Butter
Dogs love peanut butter. While many vets caution against feeding any human food to your pooch, it's important to remember that dog food may not provide every nutrient Fido needs. Peanut butter supplies protein and vitamin E to your best friend, strengthening his nails, giving him healthy skin and a shiny coat and supporting his immune system.

Tips & Warnings
Another idea? Bake some peanut butter into some delicious homemade dog treats. It's easy and a low-mess way to get the pooches their peanut butter.
Make sure you don't use peanut butter with added sugar and salt. Your dog doesn't need it, and it's hard on his liver and kidneys. Buy organic if you don't want unwanted toxins in your dog's diet.
Please don't rub the peanut butter on the roof of your dog's mouth. While you may think it's hilarious to watch her struggle trying to lick it off, it's not too fun for her. Put yourself in her paws and think twice before you feed peanut butter this way.
Too much peanut butter can add unwanted fat to Fido's diet, so make it an occasional treat.
