Charge your car battery with the Vector 12-volt battery charger.

The Vector 12-volt battery charger is a portable battery charger that can be used to charge batteries for appliances or cars. If your car battery is low, use the terminal connectors to charge your battery. The charger can charge at two, six or 12 amps of voltage. The charger also includes an LED screen that helps you start the charging process and tells you when the battery is fully charged.

Instructions

    • 1

Determine the voltage of your car's battery and make sure the battery terminals are clean. Add distilled water to your battery cells if the acidity level is low. Refer to your car's user manual for specific instructions.

    • 2

Connect the black clamp on the Vector battery charger to the black terminal on your car's battery. Connect the red clamp to the red terminal on your car's battery.

    • 3

Plug in the charger to an AC outlet. Press the "ON/OFF" button on the charger to turn on the charger and then press the "2/6/12A" button once. Most car batteries will need 12 amps of voltage, so you must press the button until the display reads "12A."

Allow time for the battery to charge. The LED screen on the charger will read "FULL" when the car battery is fully charged. Press the "ON/OFF" button to turn off the charger.
