How to Open Saved Picture Frames in PSP 9
The PC program Paint Shop Pro 9 offers an easy, user-friendly way for users to manage and edit their digital photos and images. You can open pictures in Paint Shop Pro 9 and refine them with picture effects such as red eye reduction, color refinement and frames. Place your frames in the appropriate directory. If your frames are not already housed in the directory "C:\Program Files\Jasc Software Inc\Paint Shop Pro 9\Picture Frames," move them to this directory now.

Open the image you wish to frame in Paint Shop Pro 9.

Go to the "Image" menu of Paint Shop Pro 9 and select "Picture Frame." All files within the "Picture Frames" directory will be presented for browsing.

Select the frame you want to use for your picture and click "Ok." Your frame will be added to the border of your image.

Tips & Warnings
Before finalizing your frame in the browser window, check the "Orientation" settings on the right side of the screen. If the picture is wider than it is tall, choose "Landscape" orientation. If the picture is taller than it is wide, choose "Portrait." If the image is perfectly square, do not adjust the "Orientation" settings.
