How to Record Your Computer's Screen

Learn how to Record what you see on your computer's screen. Very easy to do, no hassles, no sign ups.

Things You'll Need

• Computer
• Internet Access
• A few minutes of your time

Instructions

1. Open a new internet browser (Internet Explorer) and type http://download.cnet.com/ into the URL address bar.

2. When the homepage has loaded, type "Debut Video Capture Software" into the website's search bar. When your finished, click on the Magnifying Glass Icon to continue.

3. You will be provided with a list of similar downloads, but the we're working with a specific one today. Please scroll down and find the software that matches the image provided. Titled: Debut Video Capture Software. Locate and click on the Green "Download Now" Icon provided.

4. You will be prompted to save your file. Save it where you so desire.

5. When the file has finished downloading, begin to open and unpack the contents of the file. Make sure you go completely through the setup. It will ask whether you'd like Audio Recording Software installed, so if you don't want the extras, double check.

6. Once the files have finished installing, you should have a icon on your desktop. Click on the Debut Video Capturing Software Icon

7. Now that the program has loaded, you can see all the basic record and playback options that are available. You'll also notice that you have Buttons up top like, Webcam, Device, Screen. Click on screen and you're desktop will show in the preview window.

8. Press Record!

Tips & Warnings

• Make sure to double check all the input/output settings

• Double check file type settings.

• Don't forget and leave you're computer recording all night.
