How to Uninstall the Roxio Easy CD Creator

Clear off old CD creator programs.

Roxio Easy CD Creator allows you to customize CDs on your computer and burn different formats of compact discs. However, if you have recently upgraded or purchased a different CD creation program you more than likely want to remove Roxio Easy CD Creator from your system in order to free up valuable room on the system's hard drive.

Instructions

1. Click the "Start" button followed by "All Programs" and place your mouse cursor over the Roxio software tab to open the program's pull-down window. Select "Uninstall Roxio" of the option is available. If not, you need to proceed with the steps (skip to step 4 if the option is available).

2. Click "Start," then "Control Panel" and finally "Add or Remove Programs" (simply "Programs" in newer versions of Windows).

3. Scroll through the list of programs on your computer, then click "Roxio Easy CD Creator" and select "Delete."

4. Click "Yes" on the prompt window that asks if you are sure you want to remove the program. The uninstall wizard appears on the screen and removes Roxio from the computer.
