      Call the next person for the conference call. When they answer, let them know you are joining them to the conference call and press the “Conference” key to join them to the other caller.

    Using Another Service

      Use a service, such as Free Conference Call or AT Conference, to set a call-in number for a conference call if you do not have a conference call capability.

      Sign up with the service on its website to get your call-in number. Some services offer a free call-in number, while others charge $0.10 per minute.

      Give the call-in number to everyone that you want to attend the conference call along with a set time to call in. Be careful when communicating the time to include the time zone, if you're dealing with offices across the U.S. or overseas.

      Call in to the conference call number at the set time and wait for the others to join the call before starting.

  • Some services allow you to share your computer desktop or upload a presentation that those calling in can view online. Such service is free on some sites but cost on others.
