How to Create Wii Discs

How to Create Wii Discs thumbnail
The Nintendo Wii plays games that are on DVDs.

The Nintendo Wii plays games that are made on a specially formatted DVD disc. Scratching the surface of the game disc or accidentally stepping on it can render it unworkable. You can protect the game disc by making a copy of it on your Windows-based computer, and then using the copy while the original is kept safe. A Wii copy program and a blank DVD disc is all that is needed. Making a copy of the Wii game disc you own is not illegal so long as it is just for backup purposes.

Things You'll Need

  • DVD burner drive
  • Blank recordable DVD

Tips & Warnings

  • Blow the dust off of the Wii game disc with compressed air so that the DVD burner drive can read the data without any errors occurring.

  • Don't use inexpensive DVDs because their inferior materials will cause them to fail to work properly after a few months of use.

They actually are selling software that you can download for FREE!! But even this software will not work. There is no easy way to copy Wii games unless you hack your Wii. Do not attempt.
