Homemade Baptism Cards
A baptism is a special event which is to be celebrated with friends and family. No matter the age of the person begin baptized, it is acceptable to have a reception or party in their honor. You can easily make your own memorable baptism cards at home with a few easy tips.

Purchase card stock printer paper in the color that you desire. If you wish to purchase matching envelopes, they are available at most office supply stores.

Use a word processing program, such as Microsoft Word or Open Office, to create the card. Many word processing programs come with blank templates that you can use to create generic cards. Begin by selecting a font for your card. Look for a font that is easy to read (usually between 10 and 12 points) and is appropriate for the occasion.

Prepare the card on the template. Add a personalized message to the card's recipient. You may wish to include a brief statement of faith about baptism or a Bible verse. Clip art such as praying hands or a cross or another symbol of your faith are appropriate to add to the card.

Print the baptism card on the selected card stock printer paper.
