How to Patch an Asphalt Roof
Asphalt shingles are one of the most prevalent types of materials used for roofing. They are relatively inexpensive and can be easily installed on both simple and complex roofing styles. The life expectancy of asphalt shingles, typically 20 to 30 years, is a strong incentive for many homeowners to buy. These roofs, however, often suffer from small cracks and curled shingles that must be patched after years of abuse from the weather. The job is easy with a roof sealant and a caulking gun. Does this Spark an idea?
