How to Add or Remove Features on Verizon Phones
Verizon Wireless is one of the largest mobile phone service companies in the United States. Once customers purchase calling plans that meet their needs, they then can add features, including text messaging, mobile web, picture and video messaging, ringback tones, backup assistant, and V Cast music, videos or mobile TV. Each feature can be purchased a la carte online via the Verizon Wireless website.

Navigate to VerizonWireless.com. Click the "My Verizon" tab from the top menu, select "My Personal Account" from the drop-down menu and click "Sign In."

Enter your user ID, which may be your phone number, and password. Click "Continue" to view your phone plan and options.

Click the "My Services" tab and select "My Plan."

Click "Add/Remove Features."

Select the features you wish to add or remove by clicking "Add" or "Remove" next to the feature. Submit changes.

Customers can also call Verizon Wireless customer service to add or remove features. Call *611 from your cell phone or 1-800-922-0204.
