How Do I Send an International Fax Using AT&T?
When you send a fax internationally, you incur costs for the entire time the fax is transmitting. The transmission time will depend on the recipient's fax machine--older machines may accept faxes more slowly than newer ones. With the right calling plan from AT&T, you can minimize your costs and easily send international faxes.

If you're going to send international faxes often, you may wish to sign up for an AT&T international calling plan. For a small monthly fee you can receive reduced rates on your international calls. Without this, your fax could cost several dollars per minute, depending on the destination. Talk to an AT&T representative to determine which plan is right for you. Typically, the more you call, the less you pay per minute.
