Wash your hair about every three days. It may sound contrary to the daily shampooing you are used to, but over-washing and drying your hair results in less healthy, dry hair. When you wash your hair, thoroughly shampoo and deep-condition your hair. Leave the conditioner on for about 5 minutes and then wash out. Do not use a leave-in conditioner.

Towel-dry your hair and comb out. Then apply mouse. TRESemme has a fabulous mouse for frizzy, curly hair. Now take your hands and scrunch up your hair from ends to roots.

Blow-dry your hair with a diffuser. You can by an inexpensive diffuser anywhere. This spreads the heat out evenly. You can also invest in a dryer you sit under. They sell different forms of these at beauty supply stores. It is not the complete chair, just the dryer you can set up at home and put your own chair under it.
