How to Print CD Labels on a Mac
With writable and even rewritable CDs, making CDs that have all your favorite music on them has never been easier. But writable discs all look the same, and if you have a large collection of them, they can be almost impossible to tell apart. Apple offers a free program that lets you design your own CD labels, and by using special label paper you can apply your designs directly to your newly burned CDs.

3
Insert the label paper into your printer's paper tray. Make sure that you place the paper so that the image appears on the correct side of the paper when it is printed.
-
4
Click "File" and then select "Print." Select the paper format that matches the paper you are using so that your printer knows the correct places to print the images.
-

Remove the labels from the paper and apply them to the CD you wish to label. Use the flat edge of the CD case to push out any air bubbles that are trapped under the label.

Tips & Warnings
Adhesive labels can come off the CD when inserted into some players, particularly slot-loading players. If the sticker comes off the CD, it can do serious damage to your CD player.
