Kodak makes it simple to add pictures from your digital camera to the computer using the free EasyShare software. In minutes, you can add pictures to your computer and begin editing, sharing and uploading them to websites or sending them via email.

Instructions

1. Connect your Kodak EasyShare camera to the computer using either your USB cable or your EasyShare dock if you have one. Turn on your camera and launch the Kodak EasyShare software if it does not launch automatically.

2. Press "Transfer" on the dock to launch the transfer wizard. If you are using a USB cable, click the "Add Pictures" button on the EasyShare program to launch the transfer wizard.

3. Select "Add Pictures to album" and select the album you want to add the pictures from the camera to. Aternatively, you can create a new album and name it whatever you want. Select the "Remove pictures from device" if you want to delete the pictures from your EasyShare camera after adding them to your computer.

4. Click "Select and Transfer" and select the option that you want to use to transfer pictures to your computer. For example, select "Transfer all," if you want to add all the pictures from your camera to the computer. Select "Transfer Selected Pictures" if you want to manually select the pictures to add to your computer.

5. Click "Add Pictures." The EasyShare software transfers the pictures from your EasyShare camera to the computer. When the process completes, click "Done" and disconnect your camera from the computer.
