How to Amend Bankruptcy Schedule Forms in Florida
When your personal finances become too much of a burden, bankruptcy may be your best option. Florida residents have three courts to file their bankruptcy petition in: the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court, the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court, and the Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court. If you need to amend one or more of your bankruptcy schedules, you must file an amended schedule form in the same district where you initially filed your bankruptcy petition.

Give written notice of your intention to amend a schedule to the trustee in your bankruptcy case.

Visit the court where you initially filed your bankruptcy petition. You must visit the court before your case is closed; after the case is closed you cannot amend any bankruptcy schedule.
