How to Get an Army Base on SimCity Creator
SimCity Creator is a console-style twist on the classic SimCity civic management simulation: the game streamlines the wide-open style of SimCity by offering scenario gameplay in the form of "Mission Mode." Some of these missions contain special, one-off buildings that are unique to the scenario's goals. One of these is the "Army Base," which allows a player city to prosper through military training and deployment.

Open SimCity Creator's Mission Mode from the Main Menu.

Reach Mission 16, "City Close to the Sky."

Build five to six fire stations across your city, and an airport in the location marked by large arrows.

Place your "Hero" building in the city's large empty square (with a police station nearby), and another in the small empty square downtown.

Select the army base, which will now be available to you. Place the base wherever you'd like.
