How to Convert Lotus Notes to MS Outlook
Lotus Notes is a popular productivity software application produced by IBM that integrates email and data management software with the computer's desktop. Some computer users find a need to convert Lotus Notes into MS Outlook format if they are required to use the Outlook program suite at work or school. If you are a Lotus Notes user, you may have the need arise to convert Lotus Notes to MS Outlook.

Install the Notes Connector provided by Microsoft (see "Resources" section for link) by double-clicking the installation file on the Microsoft Outlook Connector web page. Restart your computer after the installation has completed.

Double-click the MS Outlook program icon on your computer's desktop to load the application.

Click the "Tools" menu button followed by "Options" and "Domino Preferences" menu choices.

Choose a replication value of "One Year" on the subsequent menu and exit MS Outlook by choosing the "File" and "Exit" menu buttons.

Open MS Outlook and choose the "Tools" menu option followed by "Options" and "Domino Preferences" choices and choose the "Default" replication menu option. Lotus Notes will now be converted to MS Outlook.
