      Navigate to the "Start" menu and select "Run." In the Run dialog, type "cmd" (without quotes) and click "OK." The Command Prompt dialog opens.

      Type "netstat -n" (without quotes) and press "Enter." Several numbers should appear. Find the IP network address by looking in the local address field. The foreign IP addresses are the IP addresses of people connected to your IP.
