3. You need to be firm with your teenager. Don't let them overstep you or go against your authority. If you get lenient or allow them to do things that you don't want them doing, then they may try and exploit you and disregard what you say. Therefore you have to be firm with your teenager and let them know you are serious about what you are saying.

4. If your teenager gets too far out of line, you can always use the police to shock them. You can have the police shock them by placing them under arrest or holding them in a jail cell for a night or two. This could help them straighten up. Another great idea is to send them to boot camp.
