How to Impress Your Wife on an Anniversary (Woman's Perspective)
An anniversary is a special day to most women. Celebrating the day a relationship developed into a marriage and the special bond shared between husband and wife important. However, daily distractions and activities can prevent a husband from making an anniversary special. In place of buying your wife a material object to express the love you feel for her, impress your wife on your anniversary by completing the tasks she does on a daily basis. Spend time with her on your anniversary -- rather than money -- to show your love and appreciation for her.

1
Groom yourself from the moment you wake up to impress her on the date of your anniversary. Wash your face, brush your teeth and trim your facial hair. Make every effort to create a polished appearance to impress her. Most women work hard to keep a neat appearance to capture their husband's attention and appreciate when he works hard to keep his appearance neat as well.

Ensure the children are cared for, if there are children present in the home, as an anniversary treat. Wake up early to get the kids ready for school, or tend to an infant while your wife sleeps in. Conduct the morning routine for her, such as packing lunches and driving children to school, to give your wife a morning of relaxation.

Write a note or letter telling her how much she is appreciated and loved on your anniversary. Set the note next to her bedside with a bouquet of flowers or on the table during breakfast, if the anniversary falls on a workday. Select exotic flowers if she has an artistic personality or roses if she is a romantic.

Complete all the housework for her. Vacuum floors, fix the bed and run her errands if possible. Prepare dinner on the date of the anniversary as well. If cooking is not your forte, order out or make reservations at her favorite restaurant.

5
Venture out together for the day or evening. Arrange for a babysitter to care for your children so you can focus your attention on her alone. Visit a memorable spot or a favorite destination that evokes special memories on your anniversary. Sit, talk and listen to each other to rekindle the initial feelings that turned your relationship into a marriage.
