Make your kitchen a little greener by baking in reusable silicone muffin cups instead of using disposable paper liners. As an added bonus, these cups can go from the freezer to the oven, microwave and dishwasher without damage, unlike muffin tins. However, although silicone muffin cups are nonstick, they should still be coated with cooking spray to improve their effectiveness. Does this Spark an idea?
