How to Change a PowerPoint Format to PPS
If you want your PowerPoint presentation file to display in full-screen "show" mode as soon as it is opened, you will have to convert it to .pps format ("PowerPoint Show"). The .pps file extension is ideal if you want to send a view-only PowerPoint presentation to someone (i.e. you do not want them to edit your work).
