How to Spot a Fake Coach Designer Purse

Inspect the exterior of the purse. Authentic Coach purses only use the company's signature double C design that appear in single rows. The purse does not use other letters such as G or O, and they will never appear not in pairs facing away from each other.

Look for a serial number on the coach bag. There will not be any spacing between the letters. The number will start with "No." and have 4 numbers after a dash instead of three.

Examine the stitching on the bags. The bags will have tight stitches, and they will be uneven.

Feel the inside of the purse. Authentic coach purses have cotton or satin interiors. If you notice that the satin material has "Coach" stamped on it, it can indicate the purse is not authentic. Usually the fabric will have a "CC" pattern stamped on it. The interior color is a contrast color to the exterior of the purse, unless the Coach purse is a classic design.
