Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 is presentation software that is a part of the Microsoft Office 2007 software package, and it allows users to create various slides with sounds, animations and videos. When printing out the slides as handouts for a group you can add speaker notes at the bottom of each slide to give the reader more information. Also, you can add the speaker notes to use when playing your PowerPoint presentation to help you with extra information to present to a group.
