The Jeep Grand Cherokee is a midsized sports utility vehicle released by the Jeep division of Chrysler. It began production in 1999. All models of the Grand Cherokee feature the ability to save up to 10 different radio presets to special buttons above the radio tuner. Setting up the radio presets in your Grand Cherokee is actually quite simple, and should take only a few moments to learn and complete.

Step 1

Insert your key into the ignition, then turn it to "Acc" or crank the engine.

Step 2

Press the "FM" or "AM" button on the radio depending on the frequency band you wish to use.

Step 3

Use the Seek buttons or Tuning knob to locate a station you wish to save as a preset.

Step 4

Press the "Set" button, then quickly press the preset button you want to use for the station. Note that you must press the preset button within five seconds of pressing the "Set" button in order for the preset to save.
