How to Check Voice Mail on Vonage

Vonage is a phone company that allows users to access other callers not through phone lines, but through their at-home Internet connection. Like most modern phone companies Vonage has a voice mail feature in which their users can access their voice mail by either the phone or by the computer. When you access the messages by computer you can even play back an audio file of the voice mail.

Instructions

Your Vonage Phone Line

1. Press "*123."

2. Enter your Vonage PIN number.

3. Select which messages to listen to.

Another Phone Line

1. Call your Vonage ten-digit phone number.

2. Enter your Vonage PIN number.

3. Press "1" to listen to new messages. Press "2" to listen to old messages and "3" to listen to deleted messages.

Computer

1. Go to the "Vonage" website and log in to your Vonage account.

2. Click on "Voice mail."

3. Select the phone number you want to check the messages for from the drop-down menu and click on it.
