How to Create HTML Forms to Send in Outlook 2007
In Microsoft Outlook 2007 significant changes were made to the HTML email rendering, which changed the way many businesses are run. While they did remove the reliance on Internet Explorer and activated CSS support, they repressed other simple HTML functions such as the FORM tag by linking the HTML rendering to Word 2007. Without the FORM tag you can no longer send HTML forms directly through Outlook 2007. However, you can use your website to overcome this problem.

Tips & Warnings
You can send the form code in the email but Outlook 2007 users won't see it. If you put a line in your email stating that they should view the email in their web browser to see the entire email, the user can open the email in browsers such as Firefox or Internet Explorer and see the web form.
