Get in a Yoga Plank position. Put right arm up in the air and take 5 deep breaths. Next put left arm up in the air and take 5 deep breaths. Repeat 12 times.
Do Shadowbox, Cardio Blast. Get in a punching position. Punch left right 32 times. Then punch 32 times with right hand, and then 32 punches with left hand; great cardio.
Lunges. Start with right leg in front and lower yourself up and down 30 times, repeat with left leg in front.
Jump rope for 1 full minute. -
