How to Be a Confident Woman

Being a confident woman takes some introspection and a little work. Most women don't wake up 24/7 and find themselves being confident. It is a process and it does take an ability to get over things which may at times hurt, including failed relationships, lost jobs, the death of loved ones etc.

Instructions

1. Look in the mirror or in some recent pictures and find the things you really love about yourself. What makes you rock? What do other women and men compliment you about? Your eyes? Your hair? the shape of your lips? This will be some of the foundation of how you learn to be a confident woman, by not forgetting how outwardly special you are.

2. Now take some inventory on the inner you. What makes you an inner goddess? Are you kind? Are you optimistic? Do you look at the glass half full? What have other people said about you (that's good) and revealing of what makes you inwardly special.

3. Engage in a day of extreme self care. Get a facial or get your hair done. Try perhaps a slightly different style (but not drastically different). Something you know you will 100% love about your "fresh look".

4. Spend time at night and in the morning, hugging yourself. Self love is extremely important.

5. List on a paper all the things you do well. What kinds of skills do you have? Are you great at making peace or being diplomatic? Are you an expert in your field? Do you rock out a hobby?
