How to Add Skins to "Maxthon 2"

Maxthon 2 is a Web browser. One of the features of Maxthon 2 is the ability to download and install skins to change the look and appearance of your browser. For example, you could choose a darker version that's easier on you eyes, or a skin that resembles your operating system interface.

Instructions

      Visit Maxthon's skin page on your Web browser. (See "Resources" for link.)

      Click on categories to find the skins you like. When you find an interesting skin, click the "Download Now" button to download it to your computer.

      Unzip the file by double-clicking it. If this doesn't work, use a file decompression program.

    • 4

      Double-click the file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the skin to Maxthon 2.

  • You can find skins you have installed in the Skins manager on Maxthon 2.
