How to Word an Invitation for a Party With a Mexican Fiesta Theme

Your Mexican fiesta is months away and you are almost finished with the preparations. The only thing that is missing is the invitations. Party invitations are important because they attract guests. When hosting a Mexican fiesta, word the invitation based on who and what the party is intended for. While doing this, you want to be creative and tasteful. Put guests in the mood for a fiesta with a fun, festive party invitation.

Instructions

1. Include a few Spanish words in the invitation. Hola or Bienvenido (welcome) are good choices.

2. Make your invitation wording rhyme. Fiesta rhymes with siesta, for example.

3. Tell your guests that they can “salsa the night away” as they enjoy tasty Mexican food.

4. Write the date of the party on the invitation. Include the day, month and date (for example: Saturday, May 5). Ask guests to RSVP so you know how many people to expect at your party.

5. Address your invitations using the words "Señor" and "Señorita" instead of "Mister" and "Miss."
