How to Embed a Picture in Outlook 2007 Email
Outlook 2007 is personal information management software created by Microsoft for the Windows operating system. Though the program offers calendar, contact list, task list, and note-taking functionality, it is most widely known for its ability to send, receive, manage and search email messages. Outlook 2007 makes it easy to create emails in HTML format, and to embed pictures and other images into these emails.

Create a new email message. Locate the button labeled "New" at the top-left corner of the Outlook 2007 screen and click it once.

Set your email message to HTML format. Click the "Options" tab in the menu bar at the top of the message screen. Locate the "Format" section of this menu bar and click the option labeled "HTML."

Embed your picture. Click the "Insert" tab in the top menu bar, and then click anywhere within the main body of the email message. Find the "Illustrations" section in the menu bar and click the "Picture" option. Find the location of the picture file on your computer, then double-click that file's icon. The picture embeds in your email message, where you can move and resize it to suit your needs.
