Use a 4-inch circular template to trace a circle on parchment paper (or another food-grade paper type).

2
Make a small stack of parchment paper and cut along the outside of the traced circle to create a stack of small 4-inch circles. To give the molds a decorative edging, use a pair of pinking shears or decorative craft shears to cut out the paper circles.

Center the stack of circles over a 1/4 cup measuring cup and use a small bottle to push the liners into the measuring cup. The bottle you select should have approximately the same diameter as the measuring cup.

Pull the bottle out of the measuring cup gently, leaving the molded baking liners behind. Before removing them from the measuring cup, use your fingers to pinch the baking molds along the creases to help the molds keep their shape.

For square molds, use a 4-inch square as your template instead of a 4-inch circle.
