How to Sneeze Politely
Everyone has a case of the sneezes every once in a while. Whether it is from allergies, reactions to foreign substances or the common cold, there is such a thing as sneezing etiquette. Sneezing politely means doing it in such a way that protects others from what you are expelling, and in the least intrusive way possible.

1
Always carry a handkerchief or pack of tissues and reach for them as soon as you feel a sneeze coming on. The last thing you want to do is shower neighbors with your sneezes. Make sure both your mouth and nose are covered. If you can't reach for a tissue in time, cup your hands instead.

If you are seized by a sneezing fit, excuse yourself from wherever you are, and return once your sneezing subsides. If you can't leave the room, go to a corner.

3
Turn away from people who are close by. If you can't leave the area and you're seated, try to bend toward the floor or sneeze into the fold of your arm.
-
4
Say "excuse me" after sneezing, even if no one has blessed you.
