Artwork imported into iTunes will also show up on any iPods associated with the program.

Importing album artwork into an iTunes folder, one of the most common ways to customize the interface, only involves a few short steps.

Instructions

    • 1

Launch iTunes and highlight the album art you want to import. If you need to get artwork for multiple albums, select more than one image at a time while holding the "Shift" key.

    • 2

Right-click, and then select "Get Album Artwork" from the sub-menu. iTunes will use its extensive music library to find album art that matches your files. The process should only take a few minutes, and your new album art will show up automatically.

Import your own artwork. If iTunes can't find your album art or you have a custom image you would like to use as the album art, select the album(s) you want to change, right-click, and then select "Get Info." Click on the "Album Art" box, click "delete" to get rid of what is there, and then click "add" to upload your own image.

Tips & Warnings

  • All modified album artwork will be synced automatically with any iPod devices associated with the iTunes program you are working with.
